Orange Kiwi Smoothie
ORANGE KIWI SMOOTHIE
This is a low calorie smoothie rich with Vitamin A and C. In fact, this sweet and rich smoothie is a power house of nutrients.
Ingredients:
1. Orange- 1
2. Carrot- 1
3. Kiwi- 1
4. Cashew nuts- 3 tbsp
5. Ice cubes- 1 cup
6. Water- 1 cup
7. Sugar- as needed
Soak cashew nuts in water for 10 minutes.
Squeeze orange juice and transfer into a blender along with chopped carrots, kiwi, ice cubes, water, soaked cashew nuts and sugar. Blend well.
Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
Notes:
You can try garnishing the smoothie with chopped cashew nuts for a richer taste.
