Chicken Sausage Egg Fried Rice
CHICKEN SAUSAGE EGG FRIED RICE
Chicken sausage egg fried rice is delicious and very easy to make. It can be served without any sides. This recipe is an easy lunch that can be made on a busy day.
Ingredients:
1. Biriyani rice- 2 cup
2. Chicken sausage- 10
3. Eggs- 3
4. Pepper powder- 3 tsp
5. Butter- 1 tbsp
6. Oil- 3 tbsp
7. Chopped Garlic- 1 1/2 tbsp
8. Onion- 1
9. Carrot- 1
10. Spring Onion- 1/4 cup
11. Sugar- pinch
12. Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
13. Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
14. Chilli sause- 3/4 tbsp
15. Salt- as required
Cook the rice and keep aside.
Make scrambled Eggs adding 1 tsp of Pepper powder.
Cut Chicken sausage into thin slices.
Heat Butter and Oil in a pan. Saute Garlic. Add Sausage and 1 tsp of Pepper powder. Cook till sausages are nicely brown and cooked through. Add Onion, Carrot, Spring Onion and salt. Saute well. Add scrambled Eggs, sugar and 1 tsp of Pepper powder. Mix well. Add Tomato sauce, Soya sauce and Chilli sauce. Lastly add the cooked rice and mix everything well. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve warm!!!
