Creamy Mushroom
CREAMY MUSHROOM
Creamy mushroom is easy and simple to cook. This makes an amazing delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
1. Sliced mushroom- 1 cup
2. Oil- 1 tbsp
3. Chopped ginger- 2 tsp
4. Chopped garlic- 2 tsp
5. Chopped onion- 1
6. Salt- as needed
7. Chopped capsicum- 1
8. Potato- 1
9. Cooked green peas- 1/2 cup
10. Milk- 1/2 cup
11. Cashew nuts- 2 tbsp
12. Fresh cream- 1/2 cup
13. Green chilli- 2
Boil potato. Peel and cut into medium sized cubes.
Soak cashew nuts in milk for 15 minutes. Grind soaked cashew nuts into a paste and dilute in milk. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, onion, salt and green chilli. Saute till wilted. Mix capsicum and mushroom. Saute for 3 minutes. Add potato and green peas. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour cashew nut milk and boil well. Once mushroom is cooked through, mix cream. Cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
Serve hot as a side dish.
