Masala Potato Fry


MASALA POTATO FRY




This is a flavorful and aromatic potato fry recipe. Its very easy to make and taste delicious with rice or roti.

Ingredients:

1. Potato- 2
2. Ghee- 1 tbsp
3. Curry leaves- 1 spring
4. Pepper powder- 1 1/2 tsp
5. Cumin powder- 1 tsp
6. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
7. Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
8. Lime juice- 1 tbsp
9. Salt- as needed

Cook potato and cut into medium size pieces. Make sure not to over cook it.

Heat ghee. Add curry leaves, pepper powder and cumin powder. Roast it and add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute it. Mix lime juice and salt. Pour 2 tbsp of water and bring it to a boil. Add potato cubes and mix well. Masala should cover the potato well. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.

Serve hot.
