Garlic Pickle
GARLIC PICKLE
A tasty and flavorful pickle recipe with garlic. It is deliciously hot and spicy.
Ingredients:
1. Peeled garlic- 2 cups
2. Nallenna / gingelly oil- 1 1/2 tbsp
3. Coconut oil- 1 1/2 tbsp
4. Mustard- 1 tsp
5. Chopped ginger- 2 tbsp
6. Curry leaves- 2 spring
7. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
8. Fenugreek powder- 1/4 tsp
9. Chilli powder- 2 1/2 tbsp
10. Salt- as needed
11. Vinegar- 1/3 cup
Heat gingelly oil and coconut oil together in a pan. Splutter mustard. Add ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Saute well till it looks cooked. Mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, fenugreek powder and salt. Saute till its raw smell disappears. Pour vinegar and mix well. Switch off the flame.
Transfer into a glass bottle once its cold.

10. Salt- as needed
