Coriander Leaves Roti


CORIANDER LEAVES ROTI




This is a soft, delicious flat bread recipe which is very easy to prepare with a few ingredients. Coriander leaves roti has an aromatic flavor of fresh coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

1. All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup
2. Oil- 1 tbsp
3. Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
4. Ghee- as required
5. Salt- as needed
6. Milk- to knead the dough

In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, oil, coriander leaves and salt. Pour enough milk and knead into a soft and smooth dough. Make small balls and fatten them.

Heat a pan. Cook flattened roti on both sides until done. Smear some ghee on both sides while cooking.

Serve hot with any curry of your choice.
