Bread Vada


BREAD VADA




Simple yet delicious vada recipe with bread. It is a perfect evening snack.

Ingredients:

1. Bread- 4
2. Rice flour- 1 tbsp
3. Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
4. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
5. Curry leaves- 1 spring
6. Chopped onion- 1
7. Salt- as needed
8. Green chilli- 1
9. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
10. Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
11. Curd- 1/8 cup
12. Oil- for frying

Blend bread into fine powder. Transfer powdered bread into a large mixing bowl. Add onion, rice flour, chilli powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, green chilli, turmeric powder, pepper powder and curd. Mix well to form a dough. Add little water if required. Take small portion and shape into small vadas. Deep fry in hot oil till golden. Drain.

Serve hot with ketchup.
