Boondi Raita


BOONDI RAITA




It is an easiest Indian curd preparation made by adding boondi in yogurt and then flavored with some mild spices. Boondi raita can be served with biriyani and pulav.

Ingredients:

1. Thick curd- 1 cup
2. Water- 1/2 cup
3. Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
4. Cumin powder- 1/8 tsp
5. Chat masala- 1/4 tsp
6. Salt- as needed
7. Boondi- 1/2 cup

In a bowl, whisk curd, water and salt. Mix pepper powder, cumin powder and chat masala. Add boondi and stir well.

Serve immediately with biriyani.
