Special Wheat Dosa


SPECIAL WHEAT DOSA




A quick instant wheat dosa recipe to make a healthy breakfast or meal. This special wheat dosa is tasty with the perfect amount of crispiness.

Ingredients:

1. Wheat flour / atta- 2 cups
2. Salt- as needed
3. Chopped onion- 1/2 cup
4. Green chilli- 2
5. Chopped ginger- 1 tsp
6. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
7. Oil- as required

Take wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add salt. Pour enough water (approximately 3 1/2 to 4 cups) and make a batter like dosa batter. To this add onion, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves. Stir well.

Heat a tava. Pour a ladle of batter and slightly spread it. Pour a tsp of oil on top and cook on both sides until done.

Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
