Garlic Idli-Dosa Chutney Powder


GARLIC IDLI-DOSA CHUTNEY POWDER




Delicious and easy to make Garlic idli-dosa chutney powder is just perfect to have with your breakfast. It is packed with flavors and needs very less ingredients. Moreover it has a long shelf life.

Ingredients:

1. Split chickpeas / Chana dal- 1/2 cup
2. Urad dal / uzhunn- 1/2 cup
3. Red chilli- 12
4. Garlic- 10
5. Curry leaves- 1/4 cup
6. Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
7. Asafoetida / kayam- 1/2 tsp
8. Salt- as needed
9. Coconut oil- as required

Dry roast split chickpea, urad dal, red chilli, garlic, curry leaves, coriander seeds and kayam each separately. Let it cool down completely. Transfer all the roasted ingredients into a blender. Add salt and blend into a fine powder. Store chutney powder in an air tight container.

While serving, mix chutney powder with coconut oil.
