Baked Potato Wedges


BAKED POTATO WEDGES




Easy and healthy recipe for crispy baked potato wedges. It is a perfect snack for any day, any time.

Ingredients:

1. Potato- 2
2. Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
3. Garlic paste- 1/4 tsp
4. Dried oregano- 1/4 tsp
5. Olive oil- 2 tbsp
6. Mixed pizza spices- 1 tbsp
7. Salt- as needed

Slice washed potato into wedges. You can keep the peel if you want.

Preheat oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix pepper powder, garlic paste, oregano, olive oil, pizza spices and salt. Add potato and mix well. Line potato on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes or till it becomes crisp and light golden. Halfway through the baking, turn over all the wedges and keep it back in oven.

Serve hot with ketchup and mayonnaise.
