Baked Fish Fillet


BAKED FISH FILLET



This is a wonderful alternative to fried fish. Any fish fillet will work great with this recipe. It is simple, healthy and delicious.

Ingredienets:

1. Fish fillet- 1/2 kg
2. Chilli powder- 2 tsp
3. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
4. Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
5. Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
6. Garam masala- 1 tsp
7. Salt- as needed
8. Lime juice- 2 tbsp
9. Semolina- 1/4 cup

In a bowl, mix chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garlic paste, lime juice, garam masala and salt. Spread it on both sides of the fish fillet and keep it aside for 1 hour.

Before placing the fillet on the baking tray, sprinkle some semolina on both sides. This adds an extra crunch to the fish.

Preheat oven at 160 C and bake for 40 minutes.

Serve hot.
