Tandoori Chicken Chapati Pizza


TANDOORI CHICKEN CHAPATI PIZZA




This is a healthy and delicious dish which is a fusion of Chapati and Pizza. Moreover this recipe helps you finish the left over Chapatis in no time.

Ingredients:

1. Cooked Chapati- 2
2. Chicken breast- 1
3. Curd- 2 tbsp
4. Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
5. Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
6. Turmeric powder- pinch
7. Oil- 1 tbsp
8. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
9. Dried fenugreek leaves / kasuri methi- 1 tsp
10. Lime juice- 1 tsp
11. Salt- as needed
12. Mayonnaise- 1/4 cup
13. Sugar- pinch
14. Chopped onion- 1/4 cup
15. Chopped green chilli- 1
16. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
17. Grated mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup

Cut chicken into small pieces.

Marinate chicken pieces with 1 tbsp of curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, fenugreek leaves and 1/2 tbsp of oil for 15 minutes.

Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook it well.

To make the cheese paste, in a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of curd, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.

Take 1 chapati. Spread the cheese paste evenly. Top it with chicken pieces and a good amount of mozzarella.

Microwave for 1 minute or till the cheese melts completely.

Serve hot.


Notes:

You can also cook it on a stove top instead of microwave. On a hot tawa, cook closed in low flame till the cheese melts completely.

Chicken can be cooked on a grill pan also.
