Fried Coconut Chammanthi
FRIED COCONUT CHAMMANTHI
Fried coconut chammanthi is a delicious, quick and easy to make chammanthi that can be made with a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
1. Grated coconut- 1 cup
2. Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp (According to your spiciness)
3. Coconut oil- 1 tbsp
4. Mustard- 1 tsp
5.Curry leaves- 2 springs
6. Salt- as required
Grind coconut well.
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard. Add curry leaves and slightly roast them. Add coconut, chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Fry them for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
Serve with rice, dosa etc.
