Chicken Thighs Chilli


CHICKEN THIGHS CHILLI




Sticky, tender and delicious chicken thighs rubbed with spices and cooked to perfection. This taste amazing and can be served as a side with rice or any type of main course.

Ingredients:

1. Chicken thighs- 1/2 kg
2. Ginger- 1/2 inch piece
3. Garlic- 6
4. Green Chilli- 3
5. Coriander leaves- 1/2 bunch
6. Oil- 1 tbsp
7. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
8. Salt- as needed
9. Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
10. Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
11. Cinnamon powder- 1/4 tsp
12. Clove powder- 1/4 tsp
13. Corn flour- 1 tsp
14. Water- 1/4 cup

Marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt.

Grind ginger, garlic, green chilli and coriander leaves to a fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and fry it for 5 minutes. Add the ground paste and mix well. Mix pepper powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder and clove powder. Cook for 3 minutes. Mix corn flour in water and pour it into the pan. Mix well. Cook till there is no more water left in the pan and the masala should stick around the thighs. 

Serve hot.
