Savory traditional south Indian breakfast dish. This recipe is from my mom's kitchen and this is something I grew up eating most of the days.

Ingredients:

1. Roasted semolina- 2 cup
2. Coconut oil- 1 tbsp
3. Onion- 1
4. Carrot- 1
5. Green chilli- 3
6. Curry leaves- 1 spring
7. Salt- as needed
8. Water- 2 cup
9. Mustard- 1 tsp
10. Urad dal- 1 tsp
11. Ghee- 1/2 tbsp

Boil water.

Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard. Roast urad dal. Add onion, carrot, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute till wilted.  Add boiling water.  Add seasoning. Reduce flame and mix semolina. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Mix ghee. Cook till it becomes dry.

Serve hot.
