Peanut / Groundnut Poori


PEANUT POORI




Peanut Poori is a variation to the regular plain Poori by adding Peanuts in it. This taste amazing with any curry or gravy. 

Ingredients:

1. Peanuts- 1 cup
2. Wheat flour / Atta- 2 cup
3. Salt- as needed
4. Water- as needed
5. Chilli powder- 1 tsp
6. Oil- for frying

Cook Peanuts in a pressure cooker. Grind it into a paste and keep aside.

Mix flour, salt and Chilli Powder in a mixing bowl. Add ground Peanut paste and mix well. Pour enough water and knead it into a smooth dough. Make small balls and roll them into small pooris. Deep fry over medium flame until golden brown. 

Serve hot with any side dish of your choice.
