Chicken Rice


CHICKEN RICE




This is the ultimate super easy meal recipe. Chicken Rice is flavorful and delicious. This can be served with or without any sides.

Ingredients:

1. Boneless Chicken cubes (small cubes)- 1 cup
2. Biriyani rice- 1 cup
3. Salt- as needed
4. Water- 2 cup
5. Oil- 2 tbsp
6. Chopped Onion- 1
7. Chopped Garlic- 1
8. Pepper powder- 1 1/2 tsp
9. Carrot julienne- 1
10. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
11. Butter- 1 tbsp

Cook Rice and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add Onion and Garlic. Saute them till wilted. Mix Chicken and cook the Chicken properly. Add Carrot, salt and Pepper powder. Saute for 2 minutes. Mix Rice. Add Coriander leaves and Butter. Stir well. Cook in low flame for 2 minutes and switch off the flame. 

Serve hot.
