Sole Fish / Manthal Crumb Fry
SOLE FISH / MANTHAL CRUMB FRY
A delicious fish fry recipe and it is very easy to make. It can be served along with Rice or can be served as a main course with some salad and a dip.
Ingredients:
1. Thick slices of Sole fish- 1/4 kg
2. Lime juice- 1/2 Lime
3. Salt- as needed
4. All purpose flour- 2 tsp
5. Pepper powder- 1/2 tbsp
6. Egg- 1
7. Bread crumbs- 1 cup
8. Oil- for frying
9. Mustard paste- 1 tsp
Mix Lime juice, salt, flour, Pepper powder and Mustard paste. Marinate it on fish pieces and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Beat Egg well.
Dip the marinated fish pieces in Egg and roll thoroughly in bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden.
Serve hot.
