Pan Fried Chicken Crepe


PAN FRIED CHICKEN CREPE




Pan fried Crepes stuffed with Chicken is a delicious snack. It goes well in a school tiffin for your kids.

Ingredients:

1. All purpose flour- 1 cup
2. Milk- 1 cup
3. Egg- 2
4. Melted Butter- 2 tbsp
5. Salt- as required
6. Boneless Chicken cubes- 1/2 cup
7. Chopped Onion- 1/4 cup
8. Chopped Green Chilli- 1
9. Ginger Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
10. Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
11. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
12. Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
13. Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
14. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
15. Oil- as needed

Blend together flour, 1 Egg, Milk, Butter and salt in a blender.

Heat a non stick pan. Pour a ladle full of batter and rotate the pan. Let it flow freely to all the sides and form a thin soft crepe. Make crepes with the entire batter and keep aside.

Cook Chicken and mince it.

Heat 2 tsp of oil. Saute Onion, Ginger Garlic paste and Green Chilli till it turns translucent. Add salt. Add Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder and Garam masala. Saute for 1 minute. Mix minced Chicken and Coriander leaves. Cook for 1 minute and switch off the flame.

Beat 1 egg well and set aside.

Take each crepe and fill the Chicken masala. Wrap it like a square box.

Heat some oil enough to shallow fry the crepes. Egg wash both sides of the crepe and shallow fry on both sides.

Serve hot with ketchup.
