Gobi Capsicum Sabji
GOBI CAPSICUM SABJI
Gobi Capsicum Sabji is a delicious Indian curry that makes a great side dish for Rice or Roti. This curry has a lovely Cumin flavor and the addition of dry mango powder gives a nice tangy taste to it.
Ingredients:
1. Gobi / Cauliflower florets- 2 cup
2. Oil- 2 tbsp
3. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
4. Salt- as needed
5. Capsicum- 2 cup; chopped into small cubes
6. Chilli powder- 2 tsp
7. Cumin- 1 tsp
8. Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
9. Dry Mango powder- 1/2 tsp
10. Garam masala- 1 tsp
Marinate Cauliflower with Turmeric powder and salt. Microwave till wilted.
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter Cumin. Add Cauliflower and saute till light golden. Add Capsicum and cook well. Mix Chilli powder, salt, Garam masala, Cumin powder and Dry Mango powder. Saute for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
