Oats Wheat Appam
OATS WHEAT APPAM
A very simple and easy to make breakfast recipe with the goodness of wheat,oats, milk and egg. A perfect meal to start your day.
In fact this is my mother-in-laws favorite. Serve this anytime, any day she just loves it.
Oats Wheat Appam can be served with any curries.
Ingredients:
1. Oats- 1 cup
2. Wheat flour- 1 cup
3. Egg-1
4. Milk- 2 cup
5. Sugar- 1 tbsp
6. Melted Butter- 1 tbsp
7. Baking powder- 2 tsp
8. Salt- As required
Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend it well to a batter.
Heat a tawa. Pour a spoonful of the batter and close it with a lid. Make sure you cook on low-medium flame. Flip when one side is cooked and cook on the other side for 30 seconds.
Serve warm with any curries.
