Idli Bhaji
IDLI BHAJI
Idli Bhaji is an easy, quick and delicious snack that can be made with left over Idlis. It is an appetizing snack with your evening tea.
Ingredients:
1. Idli- 5
2. Gram flour- 1 cup
3. Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
4. Chilli power- 1/2 tsp
5. Ghee- 1/2 tsp
6. Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
7. Cooking soda- pinch
8. Salt- asrequired
9. Water- as required
10. Oil- for frying
Make a batter with Gram flour, Pepper powder, Chilli powder, Ghee, Garlic paste, Cooking soda, salt and water. It should not be very loose.
Cut each Idli into four pieces. Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden.
Serve with any Chutney of your choice.
