Fried Fish with Shallots & Garlic
FRIED FISH WITH SHALLOTS & GARLIC
Fish lovers are gonna love this recipe. Fried Fish with Shallots & Garlic is very delicious and quite easy to make.
Ingredients:
1. Fish cubes (King Fish)- 1/4 kg
2. All purpose flour- as required
3. Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
4. Salt- as required
5. Olive oil- for frying Fish + 2 tsp
6. Shallots- 15
7. Garlic- 5
8. Butter- 2 tsp
Marinate fish with salt and Pepper powder for 5 minutes. Dust flour on the fish pieces and let it rest for 15 minutes. Fry in Olive oil till golden.
Grind Shallots and Garlic into a paste.
Heat 2 tsp Olive oil and 2 tsp Butter together in a pan. Saute ground paste till it turns light golden. Mix the fried fish and toss well.
Serve warm and enjoy.
