Eggless Pistachio Butter Cookies
EGGLESS PISTACHIO BUTTER COOKIES
Eggless Pistachio Butter Cookies will literally melt in your mouth and its quiet hard to resist. These cookies are extremely buttery and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1. All purpose flour- 1 cup
2. Salt- pinch
3. Sugar- 1/4 cup
4. Unsalted Butter- 1/2 cup
5. Pistachios grounded as coarse powder- 1/4 cup
Mix flour and salt.
Powder Sugar. Whisk powdered Sugar and Butter to make a creamy paste. Add flour and Pistachios and knead it into a soft dough. Roll the dough as a medium size log and wrap in a cling film. Keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
Take the chilled dough from fridge after 1 hour and cut into 1/4 inch thick discs. Arrange it on a baking tray with enough space in between.
Preheat oven at 180 C. Bake Cookies for 11 minutes.
Let it cool down completely before serving.
