Egg Potato Masala
EGG POTATO MASALA
A very tasty curry that can be paired with anything and everything. The flavor is up to the mark and its very easy to make on a lazy day.
Ingredients:
1. Eggs- 4
2. Potato- 3
3. Oil- 1 tbsp
4. Cumin- 1/4 tsp
5. Chopped Onion- 1
6. Green Chilli- 1
7. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
8. Kashmiri Chilli powder- 1 tsp
9. Chopped Tomato- 2
10. Water- as required
11. Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
12. Coriander leaves- For garnishing
13. Salt- as required
Boil Eggs and cut them into halves.
Cut Potato into small cubes.
Heat Oil. Splutter Cumin. Saute Onion and Green Chilli till Onion turns wilted. Add Turmeric powder and Chilli powder. Saute for 2 minutes. Add Tomato and cook till it turns mushy. Add potato and sufficient water to cook them. Close and cook , stirring occasionally. When Potatoes are cooked, add Eggs and mix well. Adjust salt and sprinkle Garam masala. Mix well. Curry is ready.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Notes:
You can make it with or without gravy.
