Chicken Omelette
CHICKEN OMELETTE
Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Omelettes are the way to go when you are in a time crunch. This Omelette is packed with veggies and minced Chicken.
Ingredients:
1. Eggs- 3
2. Boneless Chicken cubes- 1/2 cup
3. Chopped Onion- 1/4 cup
4. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
5. Chopped Green Chilli- 1
6. Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
7. Turmeric powder- pinch
8. Salt- as required
9. Oil- 1 tsp
Boil Chicken and mince it.
Whisk Eggs. Add minced Chicken, Onion, Green Chilli, salt, Coriander leaves, Chilli powder and Turmeric powder. Mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture and cook on both sides till its done.
Serve hot.
