CHEESE CORN BREAD PAKODA




Cheese Corn Bread Pakoda is a special tea time snack which will be loved by all ages. Every bite of this pakoda gives  a delicious flavor of melted cheese and sweet corn.

Ingredients:

1. Bread slices
2. Sweet Corn- 1 cup
3. Grated Cheese (I used triangle Cheese)- 1/2 cup
4. Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
5. Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
6. Oregano- 1/2 tsp
7. Salt- as needed
8. Gram flour- 1 cup
9. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
10. Water- as required
11. Oil- for frying Pakodas

Boil Sweet Corn for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain well. Mix with Cheese, Chilli flakes, Pepper powder, Oregano and salt.

In a mixing bowl, add Gram flour, Turmeric powder and salt. Pour water and make a medium consistency batter. 

Take 2 bread slices. Spread a nice layer of Corn-Cheese mixture in between and make a sandwich. Dip this sandwich in the batter. Batter should coat well on all sides and edges. Deep fry in hot oil till crispy and golden. Repeat with every other slices.

Serve hot with your tea and enjoy!!!
