Capsicum Bhaji


CAPSICUM BHAJI



Capsicum Bhaji is a very delicious snack recipe which can be made very easily in no time. Its a perfect combination with evening tea or coffee.

Ingredients:

1. Capsicum- 2
2. Gram flour- 1 cup
3. Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
4. Asafoetida- pinch
5. Ghee- 1 tsp
6. Salt- as required
7. Water- as required
8. Oil- for frying
9. Cooking soda- 1/8 tsp

Remove seeds of the Capsicum and cut it into any shape of your choice.

Combine Gram flour, Chilli powder, Asafoetida, Ghee, Cooking soda and salt. Add water and make a medium consistency batter. It should not be very loose or thick. 

Heat oil. Dip Capsicum pieces in the batter. Batter should coat well around the Capsicum. Fry in oil till golden.

Serve with ketchup.
